Saturday, July 21, 1984 HAY ALL IN
A very hot day. It cleared away, the sun came out clear in middle of forenoon and the hay dried then a little later showers began to gather and they began to rake and baled about mid-forenoon. The showers were getting darker than it thundered and lightning but Thank the Lord it went around and the rain didn’t come. So they got it all in. Dorothea, David, and Danny Lyons, Tim Barry, Vince and Chris Rager. Dorothea and Betty drove the tracks. Esther here and called. Billie had a bad spell with his bowels, almost went to the hospital.

Clear, cloudy and very hot and humid. I done up the regular work. I defrosted the refrigerator. I fixed the dress. Carmen came this PM then I went up to camp for a little while with her. She had to be back to work at 4:30. Kim came also. She did a wash. Was glad to be home for a little while. She has enjoyed the relaxation. Billie had another bad time with bowels again tonight. We want him to go to the hospital. Joy and Laurie called.
