It cleared off for a little while today. But in late p.m. it
began to rain and has rained steady rest of p.m. and evening. I was down to
Betty’s a little while. Around 5 PM Dorothea and Jeff came. We had a very good Kentucky
Fried Chicken supper. They brought it up. It was so good. They made a nice
visit. We called at Esther’s, Betty’s and Dolores’s. We bid Jeff goodbye, he
leaves Friday for Michigan. Watergate is going strong, John Dean is reading his
statement etc.
