Mild today, on the cloudy side. Fern, Lloyd called. Betty
called, talked with she and Carmen. They are getting their new windshield in today.
Billie brought home more groceries tonight. I washed, swept, dusted. Busy doing
odd end jobs. Billie over to Aunt Ava’s to take Fern home, she was up spending
the evening with them.

A very nice mild day. I done up work, made rolls and a
chocolate pie. Got ready for Thomas family. Billie and I washed his car windows.
Billie down to Lawrence’s in p.m. Bill had two teeth out this forenoon. He
suffered all afternoon and evening after the Novocain wore off. It was the most
quiet here in this house it has ever been today. Bill resting, no radio on.
I read papers, books etc. No Thomases here or Fern for supper. Bill ate soup.
Bill got a new battery for car.
