About 22 this morning. This morning when we got up the
ground was all white with snow again. I cleaned and painted the kitchen
cupboards. Also I got my chambers all cleaned up again. In evening Billie and
Wendell Bradley went smelting. Tonight I got a phone call from Betty. Mike left
this morning to go back to the base for two weeks. Betty is left alone, got to
move all alone, no car no money. If only I could go to help her. Will send her
money tomorrow. Billie helped Webb Carlton move. Old Las is okay.

morning I went to town with Lloyd to send money to Betty. $30. She needs it so
bad. She is moving. I hope it got there in time. I have worried about her all
day. I’ll be so glad when she gets home and Mike. Mike is out in the field.
Billie and Wendell went smelting again tonight. Bill worked at Gordon’s again.
