Another nice day. We are having such nice sunny days. I done up my regular work, made a pie and cake then I worked on the puzzle and watched TV programs. Betty and Kim to Portland to the orthodontist. Carmen went with them, they called at Dorothea’s, but when they were there no word from the real estate dealers. But about an hour after they got home Dorothea called and the real estate lady called her and said the appraiser had said everything is okay and they have set up for the closing date which will be Monday at 9:30 February 25. Good Good Good.

It was clear when we got up but it got cloudy during the day. Late PM it began to snow lightly. Then after dark it snowed harder and a dite of freezing rain. I done up my work. Made a orange meringue pie. Zak watched TV, played with his building blocks. In PM he watched TV (soap operas). He stayed for supper than Billie took him home. Dorothea and David brought up a load to their new home. Betty went to Norway and got her wallpaper then called here for a little while. Holly’s husband George Smith had open heart surgery today.
