Wednesday, June 17, 1964
Another windy day, not quite as cold. I finished cleaning at
Mary Chamberlain’s cottage day. Bill had a nice letter in the mail today. After
supper Betty and I went with Aunt Ava over to Norway to Dr. Degoosh and had Ginger
put to sleep. She was a very sick dog. Aunt Ava and Uncle Lewis are all upset.
Too bad.
Thursday, June 18, 1964
Another nice day, much warmer. Not so much wind. I cleaned
at Seavers cottage today. Came home, made a warm apple pie for supper. Billie
brought home some strawberries. Blanche called. Betty, Blanche, Carmen and I
called at Ferns. LC Andrews man called.
Friday, June 19, 1964
I finished up at Seavers. Betty took me to town in evening
then she went off as usual. I saw ?? tonight. Ugh.
Saturday, June 20, 1964
Awfully hot. Betty and Carmen swimming. She took me to town
in p.m. Moved TV out to the barn. Billie had to work all day. Fern up in p.m.
and for supper.
