Saturday, September 25, 1976 FIRST FROST
This morning we had the first frost for the season. Zak was sick last night, but better this morning. He didn’t get up until 9 AM. Billie has been busy all day, cleaned up the garden, fixed a fence, hauled bedding for Betty and himself. Carmen and Betty down to the MSSCPA. Walt worked in a.m. Zak here all day. He got kind of tired long last part of the day. He was good and played good.

It was kind of cloudy today, some sun. I did up my work then Bill and I went down to Dorothea’s to take down some tomatoes. Came home, made a pie and tuna fish casserole and got supper. Called at Fern’s, she is having another bad spell, dizziness. Fern had another dizzy spell, in bed. Had Dr. Gluck.
