Tuesday, August 17, 1976 Joy and girls left
This has been a very nice warm and sunny day. We got up early. Betty and all her children and Laurie came at 6:15 AM. We went to Ruth’s and picked up Joy and the other three girls. Packed suitcases and got to the airport dog and all in plenty of time. We watched them off. Then we went to McDonald’s for breakfast. Then over to the mall to shop for school clothes for Carmen and Zak. On way out we stopped at Marshalls, Bradlees and Martins grocery store. Had a nice day, dinner, kids were good. Enjoyed it all very much. Esther over a little while after supper.
