Wednesday, June 23, 1976 A RED-HOT DAY
It has been another red-hot day. Very hot and humid. Betty to coffee group meeting in a.m., in p.m. she went to Dawn’s then S Portland to see Ed. He wasn’t at all good today. She didn’t get home until very late. She took the kids swimming and down to see Lloyd. I think she would be tired to death. She has been going so much. Lloyd quite upset tonight. I washed, ironed and busy all day. Zak here all p.m. and for supper. Carmen and Kim and Laurie home all day except when Laurie went over to Bob’s to picked berries. Zak likes his new bike very much. Bill worked at Camp Encore.
