Tuesday, June 7, 1988 THE FOLKS CAME HOME
Sunny when we got up this morning. It was a nice sunny day for Mama, Papa and Dorothea Gammon Smith to come back home to the farm. They now have a beautiful resting place. It was so pretty down at the Cemetery. Homeland. We all were down there. Betty S, Betty H, Dorothea, Carmen, Kim, Susan, Joy, Debbie, Brogan and Jessica, Danica, and Leeanna also there. Eventually we all were, all rest of will end up there. I’m so pleased about that.

A nice bright sunny day. It is so nice to have this nice weather. And very pleased about my father, mother and sister coming back. It is Zak’s graduation week. So far it has been very good weather. He got his ranks today. All good and he will go on from there. Carmen came over today. She worked here and down to Betty’s. Betty and Betty worked at camp today. I made two pies, rhubarb and did the ironing.
