Friday, October 11, 1968 3 Astronauts into space today
I worked at Dorothy’s today. It was kind of cloudy forenoon.
It cleared off some in p.m. I came home. Washed one load of clothes, cleaned up
my house. Made another batch of mincemeat, took a bath, got ready and went to
town as soon as supper.

Foggy in a.m. Bill took the Rototiller over to Twitchell’s
and got it fixed. Came home, cultivated all of the garden. Billie took his car
to the garage and had it fixed up some. I went over and helped Aunt Ava wash in
a.m. It was cloudy and foggy in a.m., nice and sunny and warm in PM. Got a
letter from Dorothea. In p.m. Bill and I called at Dorothea, Dave and Jeff.
They have their paneling the living room. Phil Autio is going to put it on for
them. Dorothea is SICK. I’m still worried about her, she should go to a doctor.
Paid Smith Sign in full today, owe nothing more on this house now.
