Friday, May 2, 1986 Dandelions Greens, Checks came
A quite cloudy dreary day. It cleared about noon, some sun. I did the closets in living room, made a mince pie and a chocolate pudding. Did other jobs. It was colder today and windy. Billie to Dr. Petrone, his toe is doing quite well. He gave him some antibiotics. Bill to town today, cashed the checks. Billie over to see Anse Buzzell in Fryeburg. He has bought a couple steers to turn out. Betty worked in her living room today. She had callers. Kim down there and varnished her floors. Carmen called, she had a new dress, she looked nice. Bill picked the first mess of greens. Had them for supper, they was delicious.

David came down, did something for Billie. Dorothea, Carmen and Dennis called in PM. My old leg is better tonight because I haven’t been on it today. Dorothea called and Walt for coffee. Got cloudy tonight. Well today Billie had two steers come. First time there has been any cattle for about three months. They are Herefords for beef. Got them from Anse Buzzell at Fryeburg.
