Cold today. A very nice sunny day. I washed and ironed.
Picked some peas and took down to Ferns. Swept my bedrooms. Betty bothering me
because she wants something to do so I finally said she and Norma could go down
town. In evening played coquet. Betty, Norma, Raymond and I. Milan came about 4
o’clock.

Cloudy dreary day. Betty and Norma lounging around all day,
down town with us in the evening. I didn’t do much today. Betty all broken up
because she couldn’t stay downtown. Billie all nerved up and excited. Nothing
seems to go right.

A nice day. We picked string beans. Jean came up and picked
some. Ervin Linscott mowed the oats. In p.m. we went for a ride and picnic.
Bob, Blanche, Norma, Betty, Billie, Mama and I. Betty Smith called on phone
tonight. Betty changed around in the living room today. Looks good.
