The last day of the long cold hard month. I done my regular work. Made a cake, custard and washed. Bill and I went to town then down to get Fern’s. She came up for the day. We looked at the Florida snaps and the rest of the things in Esther’s box. She went home at about 9 PM.

A beautiful day. I got my work done early and went down to Betty’s. She went to the New Hope Farm bake sale at Norway. They did very well. I done up the work at Betty’s. Carmen is having a slumber party. Kim is up here, Zak is at Fern’s. Betty and Walt is up to Dawn’s for supper and a long evening. Bill went fishing. A beautiful day, on the cold side. Late in PM Susan took Delores and I to town.
