Cloudy and rain. I went to town
with Fern and Lloyd to do my washing. Came home, hung them out. It rained, snow
and sleet. They froze. Esther came over from Aunt Ava’s with me for the day.
Fern at home cleaning up her house, cooking etc. Took Es home after supper.

I did some ironing. Clothes not
dry outside yet. Kennard called in PM. Esther, Fern up for supper and evening.
Wednesday, November 20, 1968
I done up my work. Made a lemon
sponge pies, made preparations for Esther and Fern to come up here for a T-bone
steak supper. Esther came early in PM. She called at Delore’s and Aunt Ava’s.
Aunt Ava is doing very well living alone. Esther and Fern enjoyed their supper
very much. I get my clothes in and ironed.
