Letter from D&D. Another mean day. Got my work done, got
the clothes in. Kennard called. I put puzzle together. Over to Aunt Linnie’s in
eve. She had gone down to Casco.

This morning an awful wind, a regular Northeast snowstorm. I
cooked, ironed, done up my regular work. Bill home. He got a grindstone from
Gordon. He and Billie began in the tie up. Kennard called, also Raymond.

Cloudy, not too warm. I cleaned up the house. Billie picked
up outside some. Bill back to work. Betty rode with Evelyn again this morning.

A very nice day. Sun was shining when we got up this
morning. About 10:30 Milan’s family came in a brand-new Ford. Instead of
Billie, Milan took me to Pineland Training School to see Donald Ayres. He was
good. Dawn got her chicks. Raymond called in evening.
