I finished my housecleaning today. Cleaned the downstairs
bathroom, hall, cellarway and other hall. Went to town and paid bills, got my
check today. School closed today for a week vacation. No letter from
Dorothea. A cold windy day. I fixed curtains and put them up. Paid Dr. Godute
today.

A good day except terribly cold and windy. Some snow
flurries. Verna, Nola and Jeff called. Raymond called. Fern, Lloyd, Uncle Os
came up in p.m. and brought Mama home. Bill and Billie didn’t do much today,
too cold. Bill fixed chair arms in sitting room.
