A very nice day, quite hot. Walt, Betty and Billie picked
beans. Bill mowed lawns. Billie worked for Lawrence. We did the string beans
and froze them in p.m. We went to town and over to North Bridgton. The kids and
Betty went swimming.

Rained today. Betty and Milan started about 3:30 for home.
We got up, didn’t do much except the work all day. Betty, Walt and kids went
out riding. No callers. Billie went with Lawrence. Had a roast pork dinner.

A beautiful day. Up early, got the work done, washed and got
ready. Went to Norway, got Carmen’s shoes and rest of her school clothing. I
got me some new things with my birthday money. Came home, got supper etc. Leg
about the same.
