This has been a very miserable day. I’ll be so glad when it clears. Today I made roles and a cake. Betty invited us down for supper. (Baked beans) to join them, Jack Crook, and wife Raye, Dorothea and David, Brogan and Carmen. A nice supper, also in evening we had Jack, Sylvia up to meet these cousins of theirs. Joy was there, we had a nice visit.
Sunday, October 14, 1990 Brogan A Willette Horton
Today A VERY VERY VERY NICE SUNNY day after seven days of rain. It has been awful. But it was a beautiful beautiful day. How pleased everyone was for such a nice day. Well about 1 PM the family and friends called at Carmen’s for Brogan’s birthday party. It was very very nice. She had a lot of very nice gifts. She had the honor of having her second cousin and his wife John Crook III and her local cousins, grandparents, aunts. Aunt Kim made a very pretty turtle cake
