Sunday, June 8, 1969
A beautiful day. We didn’t get up too early. We did up the
work. I made a couple of pies. Betty made some Italian sandwiches for supper.
We ate outside. Dawn and Ed called late afternoon to see Betty and Walt. Fern
and Lloyd called in a.m. Billie went with Lawrence.
Monday, June 9, 1969
We washed, cleaned up the house. Went to town.
Tuesday, June 10, 1969
A very nice day. I worked at Mrs. Dearborn’s. Cleaned her
porch and started her upstairs. Came home, made a meat hash for supper tomorrow
night. Also we had sausage and pancakes tonight.
Wednesday, June 11, 1969 Hot
Betty, Kim and I out looking for a place to live. We went to
Durham, Raymond, Falmouth, Cumberland, Gorham and Groveville. Dorothea was glad
to see us, we called on her. She went some places with us. A very nice day.
