Friday,
December 4, 1964 Bad Storm
I washed,
got a letter off to Dorothea and these pictures. I cleaned up my house, washed
floors. Bill had to work tonight after supper. I didn’t go to town tonight too,
a bad storm. Norma’s pictures came of her graduation. Very nice.
Saturday,
December 5, 1964 COW BRED
Cloudy all
day. I done up regular work. Made rolls, no cooking today. Betty busy upstairs.
Got a nice letter and picture of Susan today. Bill worked till midnight last
night. Billie worked for dielectric in a.m., for Lawrence in p.m. Bred the cow.
Keith Bryant here for supper. Fern didn’t come up. Bill slept in p.m.

December 6, 1964
It began
snowing about 11 o’clock last night. Bill called out at 4:30 this morning,
worked till 7:30 tonight. Betty gone all day, didn’t get Mike home for supper.
I didn’t do much today. Dot, Kennie, Fern, Lloyd called.

December 7, 1964
Sun shining very bright and trees all covered with snow.
