A beautiful day. It has been a very nice day, not too cold.
Betty and Walt got started about 9 AM. They all looked very nice when they
left. I done up regular work. Jeff seems to be enjoying being here. He is a
goodhearted fellow. Aunt Ava came about 10:30. I got dinner, we all enjoyed the
dinner very much. Fern and Lloyd called in evening. Also Dorothea and Dave came
to get Jeff. I was so glad Jeff was here. Turkey, gravy, mashed potato, squash,
shell beans, onions, cranberry sauce, pickles, celery, rolls, Graham nut bread,
pumpkin bread (Betty’s), date filled, lemon sponge and apple pie and chocolate
cake. All very good.
