Sunday, September 24, 1978 Fern and Lloyd’s 50th anniversary, the black heifer went tonight
It has been a beautiful day. I done up my regular work, got ready, went to South Paris to the Andrews Nursing Home to celebrate Fern and Lloyd’s 50th wedding anniversary. Dorothea made a beautiful cake. Dorothea, Dot, Esther and Cliff, Betty, Joy and girls and me. Lloyd seemed to know what is, was all about and was pleased. Fern was real pleased. They got money. Afterwards Dorothea and all called at Fern’s, also Muriel and Vinny. They called at the nursing home also. Dorothea came up here for a little while. Walt and Betty sawed some of Walt’s wood.
