Concert.

A nice day but cold. I washed, clothes dried good. In
evening, the Northern Lights were very pretty. They were very colorful tonight.
Red, quite unusual. Watched for SPUTNIK, didn’t see it. Fern had a nice
birthday letter from Dorothea and Dennis. Awful cold tonight. Donnie uneasy all
day.

A nice day. I ironed, cooked and cleaned the shed chamber.
Warmer this afternoon. My check came from Mrs. Dearborn today. Got the wedding
pictures back from Hazel Chadbourne. Billie came home, we hauled some water.
Donnie not very good today.
