A beautiful day. I did washing and clothes dried very good.
It was very mild and a nice breeze. Marianne called at Betty’s today. She has
been in Florida for the past two or three weeks. Today at noon or a little
after Betty got a phone call from Mrs. Flint (Carmen’s teacher). Carmen had
been hurt quite bad. A car trunk cover came down on her head. She was taken to
the NCM Hospital for test etc. She will stay there overnight. I had Zak in PM.
After supper Betty and I went down to see her.
