Monday, August 25, 1958
Rain. I didn’t wash. Pat Sanjuleo came up today from
Portland for a week to visit. Betty, Norma had a good time with them.
Tuesday, August 26, 1958
I washed. Cloudy, some rain. I done some cooking. Betty, Pat
over to Harrison. Norma down to Ferns all day. Fern and Lloyd brought Norma
home in evening. Aunt Ava, Uncle Lewis called. Aunt Linnie getting bad.
Wednesday, August 27, 1958
Aunt Linnie very low. Cleared off early this a.m. I cooked,
churned, done up the housework. Betty and Pat down town in a.m., gone camping
in p.m. and all night. Bill Walsh, Aunt Ava and Kennard called. Norma didn’t do
much. I got letter from child welfare.
Thursday, August 28, 1958
Cooked. Churned. Betty and Pat went to Naples to the horse
ranch. Aunt Linnie not very good.
