Billie worked for Lloyd.
Very cold. Dorothea to church. Betty and Jill got up late. Did up the work.
Monday, January 2, 1956
I washed. Dorothea had to
work. Billie worked at Lloyds. Bill didn’t have to work.
Tuesday, January 3, 1956
Cloudy and snowed. Bill and
Charlie Kimball here for supper. Had to work till late plowing. Bill took
jersey calf heifer over to Raymond.
Wednesday, January 4, 1956
Very nice day. Billie
turned out the cows, took some pictures of them. I wash curtains today. Billie
got a Holstein calf up to John Linscotts.
Thursday, January 5, 1956
I ironed curtains, washed
windows. Aunt Ava and Uncle Lewis called in p.m. Cloudy. My check came. Billie
and I downtown, paid bills.
