Washed. Nice day, windy and
cold. Over to Aunt Linnie’s in p.m. Raymond and Dennis gone to Portland to get
a new truck for Raymond. Clothes dried very good.
Tuesday, February 28, 1956
Washed. Nice day. I ironed,
cleaned up the house and cooked. Bill came home from work about 11:15 AM. He
had got through, Jim Emerson got through too. Edith, Pete and Justin called
tonight. Raymond got his new truck today.
Wednesday, February 29,
1956 Leap Day
A nice day, kind of cold
and windy. Bill and I went over to Paris to put his name in for a job at the
new tannery. Goden, Sally called tonight.

A very nice day, six below
this morning. Aunt Ava and Uncle Lewis over here for the day. We enjoyed their
visit very much. Billie up to take Lil to town in p.m.
