Bill went to work at 4:30 this morning. Snowed all day, and
some rain. Billie’s last check came mustering out pay. I washed windows, made
Betty’s birthday cake. She decorated it. Billie cleaned out the hen house.
Donnie sick. Tonight it was snowing. Fern and Lloyd came out for Betty’s
birthday. Billie, Mama, Fern, Lloyd, and I had ice cream and cake. She had a
lot of nice gifts. 15 inches snow came.
How long was Aunt Blanche gone for Uncle Bob to be so happy that he took her to the Ice Follies? Does not sound like the Uncle Bob I remember. Haha . That was sweet of him though.
