Bill, Bob, Billie, and Ronald hauled logs all day. Bob and
family here for dinner.
Sunday, February 16, 1947
Hauled rest of logs. Bill worked down to Lloyd’s in p.m. Bob
and Joy here for dinner.
Monday, February 17, 1947
Nice day. We washed. Bill took our new dog down to Jean’s.
Betty had a nice birthday cake, cards and her father and Billie gave her (?).
Billie took out $2500 life insurance.
Tuesday, February 18, 1947
I ironed. Called on Minnie. Bill and I called at Hayd’s in
eve. Very nice warm spring day. Water running in roads.
Wednesday, February 19, 1947
Clear and cold, did regular work. Goden called. Ilan called
in eve. Fern and Lloyd went to Portland.
Thursday, February 20, 1947
Cold, clear. We washed. Bill went up to Ilan’s in eve. Bob
called in a.m. Kennard up in eve.
Friday, February 21, 1947
Very bad blizzard and cold. Ironed. Dorothea home at noon.
Raymond called in p.m. School closed for one week vacation.
