Monday, November 20, 1961
A nice day. I washed. Clouded in late p.m. Betty went
riding. I done up the work upstairs. Betty and Mike got a very pretty
tablecloth and napkins set from Brud and Verna’s family.
Tuesday, November 21, 1961
A snowstorm. Snowed most all day. When Billie drove out this
morning the snow right up over his hood on the car. Bill gone all night. Got
home about 8 PM for supper and worked two or more hours. I ironed, done some
cooking. I churned.
Wednesday, November 22, 1961
Cloudy. Cooked all day. Done up the work. Betty got a letter
from Mike. He may get home this weekend. Bob and I to Portland to see Blanche.
Betty down to iron for Mrs. Wells.
