December 6 - 9, 1973

Thursday, December 6, 1973 Bill worked

A very nice day. It cleared off last night. I went to town with Betty. In p.m. we did Fern’s shopping. I came home and washed. Today I paid $200 to the Lahey clinic. Bill called Reece again tonight about Jack. He hadn’t heard from him.

Friday, December 7, 1973 A nice sunny day

Bill worked. I had Zak while Betty took Fern, Lloyd and Esther to Portland for Lloyd’s check up. It was favorable. A nice sunny day.

Saturday, December 8, 1973

Bill worked. He got home a little early. No pay. Kim up today. It was quite cold. Kind of hazy, some sunshine. I made cake and bread. Straightened my desk and figured all the bills.

Sunday, December 9, 1973

Our first SNOW. This morning it snow a very slight cover. It soon turned to rain. I done my Christmas cards. Billie gone with Lawrence. Keith Bryant called.
