Friday, December 19, 1969

It was snowing this morning. It stopped at about 10 AM. I did a dite of ironing and regular work. Made out store list etc. I went to town as soon as Bill got home, to the bank. After supper Billie took me to town, got groceries and something for him to give Fern and Lloyd. In evening I read papers etc.

Saturday, December 20, 1969

Billie working for Lawrence. Bill worked early this morning cleaning off streets. Bill lying down resting his eye a lot today. Aunt Ava and Betty called. Betty brought her over to see our tree and Betty’s. Bill and I called on Jean and Stan’s tonight.

Sunday, December 21, 1969

Bill’s eye bothering him also Betty is having trouble with one of her eyes. Dorothea and family called, they had supper here also. Fern and Lloyd called. Jeff went down to Betty’s. We enjoyed the pretty tree. Billie up to Chet’s. Billie brought home some liver.

Monday, December 22, 1969

We had a bad snow storm today. Got about 8 inches. Bill went back to work after supper. I went to Norway with Fern and Lloyd. I got a train for Kim for Christmas. Came home, did a dite of cooking.
