Rained hard all day. A miserable day. It cleared late in the evening. Betty to Portland with Aunt Ava, took her to the clinic. Got home about 1:30 PM. Had a salmon loaf supper. Betty took me to town after supper. She and Walt got a call from the bank in Concord. Papers are all signed. They will get their check first of the week. Betty and Walt down to Fern and Lloyd’s to watch TV in evening.
