Wednesday, December 18, 1968

A nice day. I did regular work and worked on Christmas gifts, list etc. In evening Bill and I went down to Stanford’s. Barb was sick, we didn’t stop. So we went down to Dorothea’s to see her tree. She sent her gifts up with us. Gordon, Sally here.

Thursday, December 19, 1968

A nice mild day. I made donuts, fudge. Lloyd called, he brought some apples for Bill. Delores called for a little while. Billie and I called at Aunt Ava’s in evening. I washed, clothes dried good. Billie got $50 bonus check. Alice went to the hospital.

Friday, December 20, 1968 Snow

A snowy day. I worked at Dorothy’s. Came home and cleaned up the house, ironed, washed floors. I figured, wrote out store list etc. Alice Boynton operated on today.

Saturday, December 21, 1968

Cloudy, Billie worked for Lawrence. Bill home at noon. I made a cake. Baked beans.
