Tuesday, November 16, 1965

A rainy slushy day. Snow on ground this morning. Got the clothes in. Betty and I ironed. Betty done up the housework. I churned and did a dite of cooking. Called on Fern at night. Billie didn’t work.

Wednesday, November 17, 1965

A rainy foggy day. Got the work done. Betty down town. Holly and children here. Carmen had a bad asthma attack, got over it soon. Not much going on. Thundered today a lot. Snowed, sleet and rain. Letter from Dorothea and nice school papers from Jeff. Billie didn’t work.

Thursday, November 18, 1965

A very cold windy day. Some clouds with some snow flurries. We done up the work. I cleaned kitchen wood work. Fern and Lloyd called. Betty and David downtown in evening. Carmen real good today, no asthma. Billie worked at Lawrence’s. Got the HAMS tonight. They are so nice.

Friday, November 19, 1965

A very nice day, on the cold side. Carmen and I called at the trailer. Betty off all day trying to sell her car. Billie got two checks today. He and I down to town during his lunch hour.
