A strong East wind. Showers. Had baked beans supper. Yates
and Deming’s here. Hope next week and Mike will be here.
Sunday, July 12, 1964 5 Days
A pretty good day in p.m. it cleared. Cloudy until noon. We
had a steak cookout. Brud’s family went home today. Es, Billie, Fern and Lloyd
called. DOROTHEA and JEFF called. That was the best, talking to them.
Monday, July 13, 1964 4 Days
A cloudy day but I washed. Clothes dried quite well. Billie
back to work.
Tuesday, July 14, 1964 3 Days
Another rainy day. We got the ironing done. Es, Fern and
Lloyd came up. We fixed greens and string beans. Betty worked upstairs. Es,
Billie and I to town in a.m. Bill and I had our shots. Billie Deming got
stung and Christie.
