Billie worked at Chet’s today. Bill finished painting the end of the house today. Had dinner out tonight. No one here all day. Norma packed some of her suitcase today.

Monday, July 21, 1958

A nice long letter from the Adair’s. I did a big wash. Norma Gay left early this morning. Went to Portland and to stay with Henry (?) We got some hair of little Jeffrey from Dorothea today.

Tuesday, July 22, 1958

I ironed. Betty not at home all day, down to Kay’s tonight. I called over to Aunt Linnie’s in evening.

Wednesday, July 23, 1958

A very nice day after cleared off about 10. Quite hot too. Ilan and Minnie both went to the hospital. Ilan came home at night. Kennie up in evening. Billie took the cow up to Chet’s. Holly stayed here all night.
