I worked at Thena’s today. Cloudy and rained in morning, it cleared in p.m.

I churned, cooked.

Friday, June 14, 1957

A nice day. I cleaned up the house. In p.m. went to town. Betty and Dawn, Stevie, Holly and Kennie all went berrying. Kennard and Kenneths birthdays.

Saturday, June 15, 1957 HOT

A very hot day. Betty came home from Dawn’s in middle forenoon and began to mow lawns. Billie home at noon and they finished lawns. Went to town, Billie got some new pants and a pair of shoes. I cleaned up the house, did some cooking. Lloyd’s birthday. Kennie and Raymond upcountry fishing.

Sunday, June 16, 1957

Hot. We had a light lunch at noon. In PM I wrote letters. Frank Potts house burned. Got my pay from Mrs. Dearborn. Called at Dolores, her grandnephew married this p.m.
