Very nice day not a cloud in the sky. Did up the regular work. Jim and Mildred called. Wrote to Es and Dorothea.

I ironed. Cloudy.

Wednesday, September 15, 1954

Cleaned up the house. Dot and Lorraine up here today. Told us about Joan’s baby. I went over to Aunt Linnie’s in evening.

Thursday, September 16, 1954

Cloudy. Rained in p.m. Blanche called. Raymond called. Didn’t do much. Went downtown. My check came today.

Did up the work. We canned some tomatoes.
