Well another one of those miserable days. I got up and got my work done up. I got ready and we went down to see Thena’s for the afternoon. Betty S, Betty H, Fern, Esther and I. Dorothea came a little later. Thena was pleased we came down. We enjoyed visiting very much.

 

 

 

Thursday, September 4, 1986 Hair colored

 

Well it was partly cloudy today. I dite of sun. I did a wash, watched TV some. I did the ironing. We cooked steaks on the grill for Zack. Also Esther. They were very good.

 

 

 

Friday, September 5, 1986

 

Miserable miserable all day long. Get so mad seeing this weather so darn much. Day in and day out. Well Esther cooked all forenoon for her dinner Sunday. I did a wash, watched PM soaps. Billie and Esther over to Fryeburg to Dr. for Billie’s foot. Came home through Lovell and Stoneham. Betty and Carmen called. Zack’s last day at home and he has mowed lawns all day.
