February 17 - 20, 1985 Betty's Birtday

 

Sunday, February 17, 1985 BETTY LOUISE CROOK HORTON 42 YEARS TODAY.

 

I cooked a roast pork supper and had them up. Walt, Zack and Betty. Kids called and Betty, David here. Betty, Dorothea and I talking to Fern about her going into a home.

 

 

 

Monday, February 18, 1985

 

I washed. This is been a holiday.No work or no mail. School vacation this week. Carmen on a date tonight. I got caught up on reading today etc. Didn’t see or hear from Betty today. Zack worked.

 

 

 

Tuesday, February 19, 1985

 

Cloudy, snow by flurries. I done up work. Did the ironing. Made a pudding, cooked meat and made a meat pie for supper. Betty and I called at Fern’s. She is going into a nursing home if it can be arranged so she can go down here.

 

 

 

Wednesday, February 20, 1985

 

I didn’t do very much today. Billie out and in. Carmen called and Kim. Also Betty and Dorothea. Carmen is upset about her bills and problems she has.
