A nice day. I went shopping with Delores, Susan and Kim. I came home and done some odds and end jobs. Billie to Acton Fair with Lawrence.

 

 

 

Saturday, August 26, 1978

 

It was a nice day. I done my regular work. The New Hope Farm had a baked sale. They did very well. Billie mowed the fields over today. Walt soil testing. Betty up to the shelter etc. Today Carmen went up to Donny’s. I hope they will continue to be friends. He gives her a chance to have a good time. Kimmy at the bake sale most of the day.

 

 

 

Sunday, August 27, 1978

 

It’s been a clear sunny but on the cool breezy side. Didn’t get up till 7:15, done up the work. Zak and Vince came for breakfast, they slept over in the play house last night. Billie gone with Lawrence down to the Acton Fair to get a load of cattle. Bill worked on the wood.
