Monday, December 26, 1977

 

A beautiful day. I didn’t get up very early. I have been right out straight in work for about the whole month. I done regular work. I washed, washed some windows and did an ironing. This is Christmas vacation week. Billie doing odd jobs. Bill fixed Fern’s fire protector. Watched old ballgame.

 

 

 

 

Tuesday, December 27, 1977

 

A very nice sunny day but very cold, zero and below. I did a dite of wash. Everyone back to work today from Christmas. I did a big wash. Brud and Nona called for a little while. I did a lot of picking up and getting things back in place from Christmas.

 

 

 

Wednesday, December 28, 1977

 

A very nice sunny day but very cold. 10 below this morning when we got up at 5:30. I finished my odds and end jobs and did an ironing. The tractor came back. Kim called in the a.m. a little while, Zak and Betty in PM.

 

 

 

Thursday, December 29, 1977

 

Betty and I went to town. I done some shopping, grocery. Came home, done rest of the housework. Walt, Kim and Zak left about 4:15 PM for Walt’s sister.
