Saturday, November 9, 1974 hay from Ervin

A beautiful day. I done my regular work. Bill took a shower. He wanted to go down to Dorothea’s and we did. We took Kim with us. Also Bill took his watches and Betty’s to have them appraised. We took Dorothea some eggs. I didn’t get any work done except just the regular. It has been a beautiful day, mild and sunny. Lloyd called. Billie hauled his hay from Ervin’s, also got some more bedding. He has his fall work all done now. He is going to take it easy. I hope he does. Dorothea was so happy. Jeff got all Bs on his report card at school. They went to Vermont this weekend.

Sunday, November 10, 1974

A beautiful day, temperatures way up in the 70s today. I washed, the clothes dried very good. I was busy all day. I cooked, washed floors, done a lot. Fern, Lloyd up for afternoon and a light supper and spent the evening. Betty still not feeling too good. Carmen has a dite of asthma. Zak and Carmen riding the horses. Billie called at Walt’s. Bill not doing anything much today.

Monday, November 11, 1974

A very nice day again. I was busy. I done regular work. I did an extra wash today, some things of Carmen’s Bonnie gave her. Also I did my regular ironing and ironed and mended all the other things. I’m so glad it is done. Susan and her family called today. Kimmy was here today. Betty, Walt and kids went out for hamburgers. Zenya went with them. Betty feels better. Billie relaxed today. Bill over to Ilan’s. They have been bulldozing some over there. Bill got some more apples. Billie or Walt didn’t have to work. No school. Esther and family got home today.
