Friday, March 3, 1972 Bill to Boston

A miserable day. It snowed, sleeted, rain and a dite of wind all day. Bill up at 4 AM to go to Boston to the Lahey Clinic. His first appointment was at 9:45. He drove down to Dorothea’s and she drove him to the bus station. He got back to Portland at 5 PM. It was a bad storm and he is staying at Dorothea’s all night. His reports at the clinic wasn’t good. He has to go back, they want him to go to the hospital again for that lump on his prostate gland. He will think it over.

Carmen called today. I got a lot of odds and end jobs done. Did some phoning or made telephone calls. Washed. Watched programs and got a lot of my scraps done. Washed windows.
