Sunday, November 28, 1971
Betty and Zak both sicker today. Zak has a cold. Betty still
has that stomach trouble etc. I had Carmen and Kim for the day. Walt care of
Zak and done all the housework. No one else here today.
Monday, November 29, 1971
Kind of a messy day. I went down to Betty’s, she still don’t
feel too good. I did some things to help her. Bill and Gordon at last began to
get the furnace setup. Zak is a little better today.
Tuesday, November 30, 1971
It snowed, rained and a miserable day. It was mild
temperatures. I done regular work. Betty better, she cleaned up her house. She
and I to town. I made a cake this morning and cooked a delicious boiled dinner
for supper. In evening Billie and I down to Ferns. She is much better too. Es
was there, we brought her home. Bill did some plowing in our driveway and Walt’s
last night, also today did some.
Wednesday, December 1, 1971
It dawned clear and nice. I put out my window lights for
Christmas this morning. Bill and Gordon worked all day on furnace at Walt’s.
