Cloudy and snow flurries. Milder. Betty, Susan and children came up. I done regular work and ironed in PM.

A very cold windy day and all last night. Down to Betty’s to babysit. They went to town and to Portland to get pictures. I came home, saw rest of my programs and in evening called at Fern’s.

Friday, February 27, 1970

A nice day, cold early but it warmed up. Carmen and Kim up for the day. In late p.m. they went home and Sue and Vince came up. Here for supper. Sue took me to town. We called at Robert and Pat’s on our way home, they were pleased we did. Sue got a package from Tom.

Saturday, February 28, 1970

Cloudy and light snow flurries all forenoon. Some sun. Not too cold. I done my regular work. Susan got a letter from Tom and a little money. I went to town and down to Betty’s a little while. Billie went fishing with Alice and Lawrence.
