Tuesday, May 17, 1966 Cleaning at Seavey’s

Cloudy all day. I started cleaning at Seavey’s. Came home, Betty, Carmen, Joy and Laurie here. Got supper. Took Betty and children home.

Wednesday, May 18, 1966 Finished cleaning at Seavey’s

Cloudy. Another cloudy dreary day. I finished cleaning at Seavey’s cottage. Came home, got supper started. Wrote a couple of letters.

Thursday, May 19, 1966

A cloudy dreary day. I helped Fern. She sold a lot of odds and ends to Cardosi. She gave me a lot of things today. Betty and Carmen came down here today. We had heavy rains. Took Betty home after supper.

Friday, May 20, 1966 First Thundershowers 

 Cleared off today and I worked at Ferns. We had first thundershowers. Betty came up, we picked over some things today that came from Ferns. Went to town after supper. Finished logging at Lloyd’s. Betty home early, she was expecting Mike.
