A nice day. I got my paint today for floors. Betty, Carmen and I to town. Mike worked for Ervin in p.m. Billie began haying for Lawrence today. Hot.

Sunday, June 27, 1965 Hot

I did a big wash. Betty, Mike, Carmen and I over to Stoneham for a picnic, fishing etc. Bill watched TV. We got our plants and set them out. Billie worked for Lawrence, got home late.

Monday, June 28, 1965 Hot

I washed. Varnished the rug’s in the two-bedrooms. I churned, done a little cooking, I ironed. Got all ready to start this painting and varnishing.

Tuesday, June 29, 1965

Very hot. I washed again this a.m. Got my living room ready to paint the floor. I did it in the evening, by midnight it was all dry. I did some of the work. Betty washed the dishes. Billie worked for Lawrence. Mike worked for Ervin. Carmen sick last night.
